At Craftyze, we get it—waiting for a package is painful (almost as bad as watching paint dry). That’s why we ship your orders ASAP—sometimes so fast, you might wonder if we have a teleportation device. (We don’t… yet.)

As a growing startup, we’re working hard to bring you the best products while keeping things sustainable. Right now, we do charge for shipping to cover delivery costs, but we promise it’s fair, transparent, and worth it! As we grow, we hope to offer more shipping perks in the future—so stay tuned! 🚀

Processing Times 🏭

We carefully handcraft each 3D-printed product, which takes time to ensure top quality. Orders are processed within 5-7 business days, but we always strive to be faster. If it’s a weekend or holiday, we might be fine-tuning prints or perfecting designs, but rest assured—your order is our top priority!

Shipping Costs 💰

  • Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $99 (because everyone loves free shipping).
  • Express Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on your location and level of impatience.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages 🚨

If your package decides to go rogue, reach out to us ASAP. We’ll hunt it down, file a missing package report (with the shipping carrier, not the FBI), or send you a replacement.
